Regis Corporation - Poor product shelf life
I brought conditioner from a Cost Cutters March 2019. It is now September 2019 and I contacted the the company to let them know the conditioner smelled rancid.
Apparently there is a shelf life expiration date which is nowhere to be found on the bottle. As a customer itโs impossible to know how long items have been sitting on the shelf. The current item I bought had to be special ordered as they were out so I doubt that it had been on the shelf. I contacted corporate office and was told I would get a call back two weeks went by and I did not.
I returned the call and was told that too much time had gone by and I need to contact the hair salon.
Itโs been since March so therefore I do not have the receipt so contacting the salon is not an option. I feel like this corporation had poor customer service and Iโve use their products many times and from this day forward I will not.
